8. Event and Exhibition Participation Terms (Category Exclusivity)
By inviting, collaborating with, or booking Stickerize for a live stall, pop-up booth, or event participation, event organisers (“Organisers”) agree to the following binding terms:
- Category Exclusivity Rights: Stickerize shall be granted exclusive rights as the sole vendor, exhibitor, or partner for print-on-demand and paper stationery products at the event.

Prohibited Items for Other Exhibitors: No other exhibitor, sponsor, collaborator, vendor, pop-up stall, promotional booth, or event participant shall be permitted to display, promote, market, distribute (whether paid or given away for free), or sell any of the following items or related products:
- Stickers
- Posters
- Bookmarks
- Polaroid pictures
- Business cards or visiting cards
- Any other print-on-demand or related paper product
- Breach & 100% Refund Policy: In the event of any breach of this exclusivity agreement by the Organiser or allowability of restricted products at other stalls during the event, the Organiser agrees to immediately issue a 100% full refund of all participation fees, stall booking amounts, or fees paid by Stickerize.
- Governing Law: All event-related agreements and disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to local courts of jurisdiction.
